Returns
Return & Refunds At Joyful Creative, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made to order, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retailers. 30-Day Return Window We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible Returns Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following circumstances: ~The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted ~You received the wrong item or size due to an error on our end ~The product significantly differs from what was advertised If your order meets any of these conditions, please contact us within 30 days and include: ~Your order number ~A description of the issue ~Clear photos of the item and packaging Non-Returnable Items Because all items are made-to-order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: ~Incorrect size or color selection made by the customer ~Buyer’s remorse or change of mind ~Minor variations in color or placement due to the printing process We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. Refunds & Replacements Once your claim is reviewed and approved: We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation Refunds will be issued to your original payment method You will not be required to return the defective item unless requested. Lost or Stolen Packages If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it: Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first If the issue persists, contact us and we will work with Printful to assist you We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Order Changes & Cancellations Because orders are processed quickly, we can only modify or cancel orders within a short window after purchase. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. Order Fulfillment All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printful. This allows us to offer high-quality, custom-made items with every purchase. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand. Shipping Time Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly to you. Standard Shipping Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Shipping Locations At this time, Joyful Creative ships within the United States only. Order Tracking After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delays & Carrier Issues While we work closely with Printful and shipping carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by: ~USPS, FedEx, or other carriers ~Weather or natural events ~Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.
